  • Ask yourself, “Can I identify old limiting beliefs from my past/childhood that affect my today in my parenting?”
  • Ask yourself, “How can I replace these with new beliefs that are true to me now?”
  • Ask yourself, “What rewards/punishments do I use now? Do I still want to continue using these?”
  • Ask yourself, “What new strategies am I going to try consistently?”
  • Ask yourself, “Are me and my partner’s (if you have one) views the same? How are they different? How could we come to a more cohesive plan moving forward?”
